I wish Mr. Milch would lead the effort for a cable television channel that wouldn't compromise the integrity of intellect or creativity. There is currently a huge gap/ void in the landscape of televised entertainment. A JFC sized void as well as and other smart and provocatively challenging shows. Because networks continue to shovel reality ( not ) programming and other dumbed-down productions that amounts to the equivalent of "electronic gruel" to the masses, and we voraciously ingest it like starving untouchables, doesn't project a hopeful future in American television. I can only hope that someone has the courage ( Mr. Milch ) and recognizes the opportunity that exists on the outskirts of "TV Land". For the future....who knows, but for the past, Thank you Mr. Milch and thank you JFC!

Anyone here been to the movies lately? Soda and popcorn securely anchored, a commercial, and now the Previews begin! Am I the only one? Cause, see, I keep dreaming: the snippets of dialog and action, roaring ocean surf, montage of dark and light drama, and then a familiar voice cuts through the theater: "Some things I know and somethings I don't". Is that...JOHN?!?!?! Hehehe... maybe it's time for David Milch to make a motion picture!

Loved JFC. Recorded all the shows and revisit them from time to time. Great acting and dialog. Would have loved to see where the story went...
