I wish I had known about the johnfromcincinnati.net site earlier (I just signed up and surfed it today) so that I could've recorded the March/April showing of the series. I found it showing on HBO during episode 2 and of course watched every one.

NOT that HBO did ANY advertising at all to let me know JFC would be shown again!!!! How can they expect viewers if it isn't well advertised? I LOVED THIS SHOW!!!! Don't have OnDemand but HBO should show it again and again.

I am in awe at the dedication and effort put forth to accomplish such a phenomenal task for the benefit of all John From Cincinnati fans who're so desparate to see another season of the best HBO show in several years.

You are truly special and I am very grateful.

I've been reading the John from Cincinnati fansite at HBO.com off & on since the show aired and just signed up here today to thank you. The HBO site wouldn't allow me to register or comment. That made me write more JFC emails to HBO again.

So thanks for organizing this action, and site, for all the fans to participate. Keep spreading the good word!

I'm out of work at this point so I couldn't purchase the DVD set but I did rent it from Netflix! I watched it all back to back, twice, but I was REALLY disappointed by the 'special feature' extras. HARDLY ANY ALL! I wanted all kinds of outtakes and deleted scenes and cast interviews, etc on each of the 3 discs. I semi-enjoyed what little there was but couldn't stop my disappointment from clouding it.

PLUS- a reason from Milch WHY there's no second season so far, HBO's reasons or his reasons and take away all the speculation about it so the specific reason can be addressed by we fans!!!.

Oh, and right after I sent you the last pm, I got an HBO email saying my registration went thru so I guess I'll finally get to post on the boards there! I still prefer this environment and hope others will pop in here more often.
