Mrs. Tammy Lewis, 51, of Murray, Ky., died Wednesday, December 01, 2010 at her home.
She was a member of the Glendale Road Church of Christ, and was a retired Florist having worked at Murray Florist, and the Flower Basket. She was born October 25, 1959, in Barstow, Ca.
She is survived by her mother, Shirley Diane Erwin of Murray, Ky., two daughters, Tera Lewis Stutesman (David) of Murray, Ky., Jenny Diane Lewis (Danny Hinton) of Murray, Ky., son, Troy Nathan Lewis (Mallorie) of Murray, Ky., sister Tracy Gallimore of Murray, Ky., two brothers, Dennis Gallimore (Deanie) of Columbus, Ga., Bobby Gallimore (Donna) of Columbus, Ga., also 4 grandchildren and special friend, John Sullivan.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Sammy Gallimore, sister, Laurie Barlow, and brother, Terry Gallimore.
Funeral services will be held Friday, December, 3, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home, with John Dale officiating, and burial will be in the South Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday, December 2, 2010 from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
