Hey!Nielsen JFC Opinion Poll
The ratings giant has begun beta testing an online social network to give passionate TV or film fans a forum to express their views -- with the studios and networks listening in.
The service, dubbed Hey! Nielsen, will allow visitors to sound off on music and film in addition to TV. It will tabulate a popular vote of enthusiasts from which it will derive a "Hey! Nielsen Score," designed to be a measure of buzz and audience engagement.
From their "About Us" page: "Hey! Nielsen is more than just a new idea in opinions and social networking: it's a way for you to influence the TV and movies you watch, the music you listen to, and more... all while making a name for yourself. That's right, Hey! Nielsen isn't really "about us," it's about you. You're the reason The Nielsen Company built this site and will continue to tweak and polish it based on your input."
Logon, create an account, and then click the and buttons and give your opinion.
BuzzSugar Survey
What Was Your Favorite Summer Series? Sure, my attention has turned mostly to fall TV these days, but I don't want to forget some of the summer's stellar series. It was a season loaded with strong new and returning fare, especially on cable, and while not all of my reasons to keep your TV on panned out into the classics I'd hoped for, there were still a lot of great shows out there. Which was your favorite?
HBO's JFC Survey
The first pages says, "Welcome to HBO's online survey regarding the HBO Original Series, "JOHN FROM CINCINNATI." The survey will take 5-10 minutes to complete.
This survey is for market research purposes only and your answers will be kept strictly confidential. Your feedback will help us to continue to provide the high quality programming you've come to expect from HBO."
Survey is no longer being offered.

Where Did "John From Cincinnati" Go?

That is the burning question on the minds of countless fans of HBO's most recent original television series, created by legendary television writer, David Milch, and his creative partner, author Kem Nunn, entitled "John From Cincinnati". Ask any of the series' fans, and they will tell you that it was far more than a television show for them. You will hear that this “experience” touched and moved them on an extraordinary personal level, like no other. You will hear them tell you that there is a profound message within "John From Cincinnati". A message of faith, love, hope and redemption for humanity, for all of us, as a species. You may be surprised and bewildered to comprehend that HBO has created and presented a story of such vast human potential. Exactly when did the Home Box Office network become a beacon of light for us all?

The Yosts' reign and reputation, once defined in the curl of a perfect wave, have been eroded by years of bad luck, addiction and hubris. But just as things are looking like they can't get worse, a stranger named John arrives – and the Yosts' banal existence is lifted into something profound, miraculous and, possibly, universal."

I obviously did not have all of the facts regarding the cancellation of Deadwood and birth of John From Cincinnati."

YOSTCLAN - http://yostclan.com/ aka “THE PIPELINE” The unofficial fan website for Mitch Yost (Bruce Greenwood) and Butchie Yost (Brian Van Holt) - YostClan.com was created by the character Dwayne and is featured in episode six of the series . Launched sometime in the late 90s, the site is intended to have an amateur, homegrown fan-driven feel, belying the more complex world lying just beneath its surface. Beyond being a place Dwayne created to hero-worship Mitch and Butchie, YostClan.com reveals a hidden universe that can only be discovered after solving three puzzles: 1) A mouse scroll that reveals John's phrase “Some things I know and some things I don't.” 2) A photo scratch-off of Mitch Yost that unveils a video. 3) A Soduko-like photo gallery that must be re-arranged in numeric order.
To figure out how to solve the puzzles go to: Unfiction.com YostClan Thread Once inside The Pipeline, click on the red dots to access content. After you have solved the puzzles once then the next time you go to YostClan.com you will then get a link to access The Pipeline directly.
